Cadillac F1 signs technical trio from Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes

Cadillac F1 has appointed Craig Skinner, Eric Blandin and Tim Lean to senior technical roles, drawing talent from Red Bull, Ferrari and Mercedes.
