Aston Martin Aramco will make its Goodwood Festival of Speed debut next month, sending its AMR25 Formula 1 car up the iconic 1.86-kilometer Hillclimb for the first time during the four-day event running July 9-12 in Sussex, England.

Driver Ambassador and Head of F1 Academy Jessica Hawkins will pilot the car on Saturday, with Third Driver Jak Crawford taking over on Sunday. Each driver will complete two runs up the famous hill through the Goodwood Estate grounds.

The AMR25 chassis being used covered 10,880 kilometers during the 2025 Formula 1 season — the equivalent distance from Tokyo to New York City, according to the team. The car first ran during pre-season testing in Bahrain and served as both a race chassis and the team’s spare throughout the campaign.

“I am very excited to be back in an Aston Martin Aramco Formula One car,” Hawkins said. “To be able to share this moment with fans is incredibly special to me, and showing passionate, young girls what women can do in Formula One means a lot. Goodwood is such a unique celebration of motorsport history and innovation, and it’s an honour to be part of it with the team.”

Hawkins arrives at Goodwood in strong form, having secured three podiums and one class win after the opening two rounds of the 2026 British GT Championship. She will also participate in Honda’s Festival of Speed program, driving a selection of notable cars from Aston Martin’s technical partner up the Hill.

Crawford, who plays an integral role within the team through simulator work and car development feedback, expressed his enthusiasm for the event. “Goodwood is a great event for all motorsport fans and I’m very happy that I’ll be able to drive there this year,” Crawford said. “I’m really looking forward to getting out on the Hillclimb and experiencing it for myself, while showcasing a modern Formula One car with the fans.”

Managing Technical Partner and Team Principal Adrian Newey is also expected to attend the festival and drive up the Hill in a car from his personal collection.

Beyond the Hillclimb, Aston Martin Aramco will maintain a presence throughout the festival grounds. The team will operate a dedicated garage in the Ballroom Paddock within the Formula 1 Pitlane area, while the Fan Zone will feature racing simulators in an Esports section alongside team merchandise. The team is also running a competition through its I/AM membership program, offering a pair of four-day passes to the festival, with entries closing June 23.

The Festival of Speed is the world’s largest celebration of automotive culture, hosting Formula 1 machinery alongside NASCAR stock cars, World Rally Championship contenders, IndyCars, supercars and emerging technologies. The event draws hundreds of thousands of fans to the Goodwood House grounds annually.
